Specialist Mechanical Design recruitment

Coded Staffing is a specialist recruitment business focused on permanent Mechanical Design Engineering appointments across the Midlands.

We work with machinery, automation and engineering manufacturers looking for engineers with the right combination of design capability, CAD experience and practical manufacturing knowledge.

Our deliberately focused approach means understanding the technical context behind a vacancy rather than treating every Mechanical Design Engineer as interchangeable.

Coverage: Coventry, Warwickshire, Birmingham, Worcestershire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas.
