What we collect

Candidates: name, contact details, location, job title, salary information, your CV and anything you tell us. Employers: contact name, company, contact details and details of the role you are recruiting for.

How we use it

To provide recruitment services: assessing suitability for permanent roles, contacting you about relevant opportunities or candidates, and business-to-business communication about recruitment. We will not send a candidate's CV to an employer without that candidate's agreement.

Lawful basis

Consent (for CV submissions) and legitimate interests in providing recruitment services and responding to business enquiries.

Retention and sharing

We keep data only as long as needed for recruitment purposes and share it only with prospective employers (with consent) and service providers that host our systems.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing imran@codedstaffing.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
